2. What data we process and where it comes from

• Request form: name, email or phone, type of enquiry and your message. The form stores nothing on the website: it opens your email program with the request ready, and the data reaches us when you send that email.
• Direct contact by email, phone, WhatsApp or LinkedIn: the data you provide in that communication.
• Technical browsing data: the server hosting the website automatically logs the IP address and basic data of each visit for security reasons. Alorac does not use it to identify you or for analytics.

We do not process special categories of data or carry out automated profiling.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your request and presenting suitable units or options: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent when contacting us (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• Managing the professional relationship if you hire our services: performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and compliance with legal, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
• Website security: legitimate interest in protecting the service (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We do not send marketing communications without your prior consent.

4. How long we keep data

Data from a request that does not lead to a deal is kept for up to 12 months from the last contact. If there is a contractual relationship, it is kept for its duration and afterwards for the legal retention periods (in particular tax and anti-money-laundering, up to 10 years). Server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. The following may access it as data processors, only to provide their service to us:

• Web hosting and email provider: Nominalia (team.blue group), with servers in the European Union.
• Tax and accounting advisers, where there is a contractual relationship.

With your knowledge, we may present your interest to owners or tenants of premises when necessary for the transaction you asked us about.

6. International transfers

We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. If you contact us through WhatsApp or LinkedIn, their own privacy policies also apply.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to carola@alorac.com or by post to Calle Vía Púnica 34, 5B, 07800 Ibiza (Balearic Islands), Spain, enclosing a copy of your ID or an electronic signature.

If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

9. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are served from the website itself, without connections to Google Fonts.

If you switch between light and dark theme, your browser stores that preference in local storage ("localStorage", key "alorac-theme"). It is technical data that does not identify you, stays on your device, is not sent to any server and is exempt from consent under article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE. You can delete it from your browser settings.

If non-technical cookies (for example, analytics) are added in the future, this policy will be updated and your prior consent will be requested.

10. Changes to this policy

Alorac may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version is always the one published on this page.
